Step 3 · Control credit

Make the policy explicit before the first order

Choose what happens at the limit, when the team is warned, and which orders require approval. The system records every consequential decision.

What happens when a dealer hits their limit?

Every breach that proceeds is logged — actor and reason, atomic with the order — whichever mode you pick.

Hard block

Orders that exceed available credit are rejected outright — "exceeds available credit by ₹X." No override. The default, and the safest.

Warn + logged override

The order is flagged, but an authorized person can proceed with a mandatory reason — logged in the same transaction as the order.

Step 4 · Assign accountability

Give each person the right role, then open the dealer portal

Internal roles control what your team can see and do. Dealer contacts use their own phone and WhatsApp OTP, with every action attributed by name.
