The shortfall is shown for attention. A purchase quantity also needs lead time, pack size, safety stock and demand policy.
Made to order is not out of stock
RMC-M25 is intentionally not stocked and remains orderable under its made-to-order policy.
On-hand comes from movements
Receipts, sales, returns and corrections append stock movements instead of overwriting the quantity.
Order acceptance is separate: “Sell without stock” controls whether an order may be accepted; it does not change physical stock.
